Chapitre quatre-vingt-dix-neuf, ... ad infinitum.

Pouvez-vous confirmer ? Chapitre premier (ordinal) puis ensuite Chapitre
deux, Chapitre trois, etc. (cardinal) et en aucun cas Chapitre deuxième,
troisième, etc. Ou est-ce _ad libitum_ ?
