Yes.

Did you check the online help? ;^)   (Just kidding, c'est horrible, n'est ce
pas?)

Mac: punct/figure space is shift-space (breaking) and command-shift-space
(non-breaking)
Win: ...shift-space / ctrl-shift-space

Both the "punctuation" space and the flex space are fixed width. Both seem
to work in 3.32 and 4.0, but I can't find the punct space documented in 3.32
